Sanitizing of tubs, showers, toilets, counter tops, stoves, ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators.  Washing of all dirty dishes, pots, pans and utensils left in unit by guest.  Sweeping, and mopping of all floors including lanai floors.  Vacuuming of all carpeted areas.  Wiping and applying needed compounds and chemicals to furniture or tables to promote shine and a cleanly appearance.  Linens removed and laundered.  Beds fixed and unit made sutible for arriving guests.
